SPECIALIZED SINCE

MORE THAN 30 YEARS!

At the heart of our business, we produce technical composite parts in France using filament winding.

This expertise allows us to manufacture custom-made tubes, sleeves, ferrules, and cylindrical parts, from thin to thick. Our mastery of fiber orientation, impregnation, and winding sequences enables us to precisely adapt the composite structure to the desired constraints and performance levels.

From prototype to mass production, we control the entire manufacturing process.

7 STEPS TO MANUFACTURE OUR PARTS!

Cleaning, release agent and any technical coatings to guarantee surface quality and optimal demolding.

Impregnation

Impregnation of continuous fibers (glass, carbon, aramid, ...) with high-performance resins (epoxy) for control of the resin content and the quality of the composite.

The winding is controlled by CNC or multi-axis robot, according to predefined sequences, where the variations in angles and thickness compose our laminates.

Polymerization

A thermal cycle in an oven adapted to the material and to the mandrels to ensure the polymerization of the resin, and thus obtain the required mechanical properties.

A delicate step aimed at extracting the composite casing from its mandrel without creating surface defects or excessive stress on the part.

Fiberglass reels

FIBERGLASS

Fiberglass is a proven composite material used in various industrial sectors. It offers excellent performance in mechanical strength, electrical insulation, and durability. It is also an excellent candidate for corrosion resistance in aggressive environments.

It is particularly well-suited to the manufacture of technical parts subjected to significant mechanical stresses, and is very interesting for underwater, offshore and industrial applications.

CARBON FIBER

Carbon fiber is distinguished by its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and high rigidity. It allows for the design of lightweight structural parts capable of withstanding significant mechanical stresses while substantially reducing the overall weight of the assemblies.

Suitable for the most demanding applications, particularly in the defense, telecommunications, and high-tech industries, this material is ideal where precision, performance, and reliability are critical criteria.

ARAMID (KEVLAR) FIBER

Aramid fibers, such as Kevlar®, have a low density and excellent resistance to impact, abrasion, and tensile strength. They can be used as functional reinforcement for parts subjected to impact or requiring high energy absorption capacity.

Hybrid reinforcements
Combining several fibers allows their properties to be combined within a single part. Glass/aramid or carbon/aramid can thus be positioned and oriented according to the stresses, making it possible to obtain a composite architecture adapted to the desired application.

ENVELOPES // TUBES (ROUND - SQUARE) // VIROLES // SLEEVES // INSULATING PARTS

Wet filament winding is one of the manufacturing processes for composite materials that allows for high mechanical performance, thanks to precise control of the reinforcement architecture.

The use of continuous glass, carbon, aramid, or hybrid fibers, combined with controlled impregnation, makes it possible to obtain high-fiber-content composite structures characterized by continuous reinforcement and controlled orientation. These characteristics contribute to the production of high-quality, strong, and durable parts.

Suitable for numerous industrial applications, our custom composite parts are designed to integrate into technical systems subjected to demanding mechanical and environmental constraints.
